“Of course it’s by no means a limit, it’s just a start! Arabian Ethicals stands by our commitment to support the UAE Vision 2021 to achieve world-class healthcare for everyone, with a team that represents all cultures and genders. We cannot change the world, but we can make it a better place with every lady we hire!”

Along with gender equity, the company is also working hard to be more inclusive of local talent with a continuous hire-drive seeking out Emirati personnel to fill positions in every level of the business.

The day provides an important and exciting opportunity to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness, and reinforce commitment to diversity and inclusion. To prepare for the event, the ladies of Arabian Ethicals team gathered together in front of the Burj Khalifah to show their support and welcome potential talent into the company.
